Jonathan has served at First EPC since January, 2009. 

Prior to coming to First EPC, Jonathan served as Associate Pastor at The Village Church (Charlotte, NC) from 2005 to 2008, and served as Director of Young Adults at Forest Hill Church (Charlotte, NC) from 2003 to 2005.    

Jonathan holds degrees from Truman State University - Bachelor of Arts in Music, as well as a Master of Divinity, from Reformed Theological Seminary.

Jonathan’s passions: Jonathan is passionate about his wife Tara, reaching the lost for Christ, and seeing people live out the Word of God.

On the future of First EPC: I believe that God is at work here and believes that God is going to continue to use this church in the community as we continue to glorify and enjoy Him.

Hobbies and Interests: Jonathan enjoys watching The Office, listening to music, playing his guitar, mountain biking, and watching/playing sports.

Family: Jonathan and his wife Tara reside in Anna
